I have known many who have already used them without a problem.
My brother used them today to get some DIY goods from B&Q and didn't have any problems,he is going back again to get some more DIY goods. My relative used Mothercare voucher to get some nappies and again no problems.:)
#3
What electrical stores/entertainment can they be used in?

(possible xbox360 deal??)
#4
what about argos?
#5
Are these legit?
suspended#6
Sorry tazandsaz & pet3r:-(
Have been trying to get hold of some electrical stores but no luck yet.
So far i can only get hold of the above mentioned stores and a few others but mostly clothing stores:-( .Will post back if i do.
This is genuine and not repeat not a scam. Its Gift vouchers so can be used on anything. If it makes people feel better then i am willing to send one out to any person the admin/mods aprove off,who can then use it and report back then they can pay me.I can't be more fairer than that.

Sounds good...

Don't think that has anything to do with these vouchers, but if i find anything then i will let you know.

I'm expecting a few negs for this but:-
Somebody is losing at least £25.00 on every £100.00. How can these be kosher?
[admin]#13
Snake - This isn't Farepak is it? As asked by Spenfica...if so you may have to re-evaluate...
#14
Sounds like Farepak

Don't mean to sound rude here but just speaking from experience:

On another forum I am a member of a guy started selling similar vouchers which could be used against holiday bookings on various sites, he sold them off very cheap compared to there face value. The first few customers bought them, they worked fine and reported back giving very positive feedback. This then lead to loads of people ordering these vouchers from this guy as he had received good feedback from trusted members of the board.

Suddenly people started to get worried as no-one was receiving their vouchers, or the vouchers they did receive were invalid.

The guy did a runner with literally thousands of other peoples money and nothing ever came of him.

This is nothing against you Snake but no-one here knows you from Adam and I'm just looking out for the community.

If you could be more specific as to what these vouchers actually are and where they're from that would be really helpful.

I have been trying to find out more about these vouchers which again i can tell you that have been used by my brother just today morning.I managed to get hold off a £10 voucher which i have taken a photo of but having problems displaying them(They come in a pack of £100 but are mixed value). These are genuine gift vouchers and how the person who gives me them gets hold of them i really can not tell you as he has not told me.I am trying my best to get as much info as possible before i send any out which i have been told are guaranteed to work.I have never in my life ripped anyone off so that is why i am trying to find out as much as possible but the vouchers are sold very quickly as i have to order them and do not hold any.I will be sent a pack of £100 B&Q vouchers today so will try and upload them on here before my brother uses them.Again if you want i will PM my full address to admin here so they have my full contacts if these turn out to be legit.Anyway will post back again with pictures if i can.(any help on how to post pictures on here which i have saved on my comp would be appreciated)

No offense but this seems seriously dodgy. There is no shop out there that would sell it's own vouchers for less than face value. If you are truly able to get them in large quantity for this considerabley less than face value then why would people not be buying this in the £1000s and saving an absolute fortune, forcing the stores to shut down the source.

How can you not have the information and why would you post offering things for sale that you do not actually have in your hand already, and do not know how you can get hold of them. Who is going to pay for something that you don't know where you get it from, how its bought or when you'll have it exactly.

If you are selling them for £75 each for £100 vouchers, you must be making a profit, Or you would not bother. So how much are you buying them for? The fact you are buying them in for less than £75 and selling them on seems suspicious in itself. How the hell would anyone get hold of these in bulk for what suggests could well be 25% off on anything in any store but is more likely if you are to make a profit be far greater than that, otherwise no point in the resell.

Why not just get the information from this person who seems to mysteriously be very secretive and pass it on to people so they can buy direct and then it's their fault if they get ripped off by this company your "friend" is buying from and not yours.

Also perhaps if you put your area of location and people could actually collect these vouchers in person - or if there was some way of doing a Cash on Delivery for all of the vouchers, not just to the one person, then people might trust you.

I'm a newbie to these forums but not to life in general and in my experience if it seems to good to be true and the information is vague, then it IS too good to be true, and it's a scam.

Your opinion appreciated:thumbsup:
I have at this moment no need for these vouchers as i do not need any clothing or DIY goods but someone on this form might do.
As said i am trying to find as much as possible before i send any out.
I can not get them in 1000s as i do not hold them.
Nobody in this world is in business to make no money or profit from what they do for their trouble otherwise if no gain was made then you might aswell just stay asleep in bed.As for giving out contact details,if all were to give out their contact details then all customers would not have to go via just direct making some busineses to close down.I will give out my full address to anyone who wishes to collect these if all turns out good but at the moment just doing some research before i do and if the need arises then i wll pass on the details of the person that gets them for me,you then cannot fault me for any problems.

I don't think these should be in the forum personally. The source appears a bit dodgy to me...
#28
I'd be happy to test these..
If Snake is able to send me these for say £65, i'll try (using mothercare vouchers), and pay if successful. Snake mentioned that he'd be happy to do it this way. I could even go through ebay (please check my feedback cheekyboy_123)..

Let me know what the Mods/Snake think?
#29
I don't understand why you don't use them yourself Snake and just sell the items you buy with them on ebay or on here.

Your obviously getting them dirt cheap, if not knocked off, so use them yourself to buy expensive items and then sell them on for a tidy profit.

Thats what I'd do if I had a load of cheap vouchers.
#30
If you sell vouchers on ebay you often get up £90 for the £100, always higher than £75 anyway especially as these are popular stores coming up to christmas.. if this seller was genuine he would do it this way to get his money's worth.

Ebay + Paypal = some degree of protection.

Forums = nothing.

When i used to go on the sunbeds a girl that worked there that i used to go to school with asked me if i wanted to buy argos vouchers. she was selling them for half their value. eg a £20 voucher was only £10 etc. i think they were half inched (she wasnt making any money she was the middle man, wether it was a friend of hers i dunno) but i assume ppl work for these places and half inch them and sell them on in bulk to ppl who then sell them on individually to make profit. im not sasying this is the same in your case snake. just saying this is something i have encountered. All the vouchers are probably 100% real..but like everyone is saying. they are dodgey in some sense (being half inched)

I work for a council and we issue decorating vouchers to tenants and guess which company we use, B&Q and guess who printed and sent them, yes Farepak.

I'm not saying B&Q won't honour them, or its illegal, but looks like they've managed to slip these vouchers past the administrators some how.

Not 100% sure but its not often 1+1 = 3

All comments appreciated:thumbsup:
I have spoken to my friend several times now and he still swears by them being legit, guaranteed or you get your money back.I don't think he has contacts in all stores to get so many different store vouchers.Even i would not sell them on ebay as most know ebay has become a joke and most timewasters and scammers just come on the last minute to ruin auctions.I can't use them myself or by goods and sell them as i don't know anything about clothing or tools and its value and market. Its a shame as he has so many stores but i think i will let this one go as i just thought someone on here can make use of them much more than i ever could as its also close to christmas.Maybe i will just make babies and use them all in Mothercare on nappies, prams, etc and then go to B&Q and use them on tools to repair my house once my 50 children have finished smashing it up:)
Anyway thanks again to all who commented as you always learn new things when something is debated.

If it sounds too good to be true then it usually is.

Imagine getting to the checkout only to find that you're asked to step inside the manager's office while he stalls you and calls the filth.

Not worth the hassle for the money I'm afraid, so I'm out!

Well pass on the good news if the Sainsbury's vouchers are accepted as I'm sure some members may be interested if they do...and I understand you are giving a money back guarantee if they fail?

Post a picture of a B&Q Voucher. I'll confirm if we accept them or not.
