Not sure about the warranty. What does "warranty through Sanyo" mean? No point having to post the TV to Sanyo service if something goes wrong.

This is what it says in the warranty leaflet

If you have any problems with your television just call us on our free phone number that will be sent when registering and we will be there to help you

If your television is found to be faulty and does need a spare part, we'll fix it for free or even replace your television for a new one if needed

It seems that the warranty issue is sorted ;-)

What about the price? Your asking is way out my limit.

i couldnt accept £250 - not as the rrp is so high and i cant find it for under £330 delivered.... Whats your top price?

Well, my top price for a used one is £250. For new ones (like yours), if I was to pay £330 I would go with one of the fullHD LG's that are on sale at the moment locally. The Sanyo is unfortunately an unknown quantity (have been trying to find reviews etc without success) so I can't make a better offer, sorry.

I might try PCworld tomorrow as I have seen a few Sanyo TV's on display in the past there.

i was asking £310 if collected? But up to you mate, its a good spec telly for the price

You are probably right, but from my point of view I think it makes more sense to pickup the LG locally for the same price.

#11
Thanks but a bit too far for collection.

Came across some new 40" Samsung's going for under £450 at local stores. Is it worth going for a new one with a warranty or should I keep looking for a similar spec, cheaper, used one (around £200-250 maybe?)
#13
i have a beko 32" lcd tv hd-ready 1080p, it has hdmi port, 3 scarts, pc in and some other stuff i've never used. no built in freeview. no warranty left on it as far as i know (over a year old)

£220 collection from abingdon, though you would have to wait as i'm currently in margate. if you wait 2 weeks i can drop it off. along the m4 on my way to cardiff.

tv is in perfect condition, didn't plan on selling but i did want an upgrade eventually
#14
Sorry but does not tick any of the boxes (1080p native resolution, freeview tuner).
#15
I will up my budget to £300 delivered/collected
banned#16
just buy new with 5 year warranty.
#17
I wouldn't mind a used one with 4 years warranty
#18
Looking now for 36" and over.
