Hi all

Happy New Year

Looking for a USB2 Hard Drive enclosure for 3.5" IDE Hard Drive. Needs to have seperate power supply (although I think they all do).

Don't want to spend more than a tenner delivered.

Anyone got one kicking around - happy to pay PPG or BT.

Cheers
James

I have a brushed aluminium one doing absolutely nothing but take up space.

It's yours for £5 + delivery at cost.

Only fault is that the blinking LED does not work anymore but all the screws and everything else intact. Still works fine despite no LED.

Hi Venom,

Not worried about the LED, so interested...

Can you let me know what brand it is, and how much postage would be?

Bykergrove - thanks for the offer, but I don't need the firewire part, so for now I will pass!!

Cheers

No branding but I think it looks nice. It's in the style of an icybox with thumbscrews on each corner. Has a fan too.
Not sure about postage but I reckon £3-4 should do it with the cheapest method. The PSU weighs a lot. What delivery service do you need?

Haha I need cheap delivery!! :-)

2nd class would be more than enough.

Shall we make it £9 delivered by second class standard delivery? I'll absorb the cost if p&p works out to be more.

Well the max for 2nd class is £2.70, so how about £8 delivered?

Seems odd to be haggling over £1!! LOL

I need to go buy a box since I don't have anything suitable to put it in. That's why it'll cost a tiny bit more.

Ok, fair enough... let's go to PM!
