Ok I have to ask, I've seen so many and although I've been curious I havent asked yet

How on earth do people get vouchers for mobile phone networks cheap enough to sell them for less than they cost?
and would anyone really pm a voucher on the premise of payment being sent afterwards, providing the person WITH the voucher has a good enough feedback? not a word about "if the voucher works" just "if they have enough feedback

Am I missing something or just dumb that there's something I cant see/figure out?
