Hi I'm looking for 4 1TB hard drives to replace the 4x 250GB drives in my NAS. I'd prefer them to be the same brand. If anyone has some or knows of any good deals let me know please.

Yeah I will be but it's gonna take a while to move the array over to the 4 TB drives

Use promo code "SNOW" and it takes it down to £38 each. Worth the little extra to get new drives.

thing is though. It's you data! what is the cost if you loose 2TB of data because you bought **** Disks?? There are some things you shouldn't buy cheap on!

They'll be in RAID 5 - I've got a Buffalo Terastation Live so I should have the redundancy of 1 disk. Trust me I know what it's like to lose a TB of data when I was running RAID 0 thats why I chose RAID 5
