thanks for the link, very tempteted but its says it a LCD with edgelit LED what does that mean ?

was in costco the other week try them

usually a few hundred cheaper than retail and 5 year warranty as standard

all LED television have an LCD panel in them, LED just refers to the lighting used, Edge LED TV's light from around the edge inwards and Full LED backlit panels start at about £1,500 in comparison, they have the highest contrast range but are actually thicker sets to incorporate all the LED lighting behind the back panel, there the nuts though...,

that sony set is about 1 1/4" thick the whole way though and does not have a protruding back at all, its the same size throughout its profile and has a flush monolithic kind of glass effect panel design, aesthetically it is very nice and a very good deal atm

it has fully intergrated WiFi to allow for BBC iplayer and 5 on demand and lovefilm.. that kind of business and you can actually set it up through DLNA to stream movies of your computer aswell i think, is 100Hz too..
