I've always been pleased with the cables I've ordered from www.cableuniverse.co.uk. Good prices and prompt delivery too
For what you're looking for here's a link - it's £6.39 delivered for a 2.5 metre cable although I bought the 5 metre cable as it was more practical for me - £7.84 delivered. 7 pin is not required a 4 pin is fine.

I seem to remember trying a 4 pin in a 7-pin socket and it worked fine a while ago - can't be 100% sure though.

If you go to the link that I gave it says only 4 are required - that's correct mine works fine - I have a 3 month old Dell and it's great - that's why I put about only 4 being used in my original post. More info at wiki http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/S-Video
