hmmmm? not too sure really last one we got was £30 but was on offer and that has lasted him 6 months... so maybe upto £30 but i am willing to pay a little more just really depends on the phone :) i just dont want to pay loads for something that will get sand, grit and cement in within 3 months!!

NP, but would a leather/silicone case not work just fine?

The JCB phones seem OK, but like you said they are pricey.

well yeh leather cases do work, but he just never uses them :x

I cant find any info on the one your selling is it just very basic, calls and text?

Not too basic, calls texts and camera.

I'm guessing a Nokia 5310 is no good for you

If you're willing to spend £30 every 6 months on a phone then the JCB Phone at £140 which has a 3 year warranty, but will probably last longer, is a good investment.

The Samsung Solid is, £67.99, waterproof, sturdy etc. etc. : http://www.unlocked-mobiles.com/sim-free-mobile-phones/samsung-solid-sim-free-unlocked-mobile-phone-p-227.html

JCB toughphone is £99.99 at play.com:

FAR FAR cheaper than ebay, which is quite rare.
