Hi.

After a problem with SGS2, I am looking to downgrade phone for a little while...

Ideally, I'm after a HTC Desire HD phone, but might be interested in others... Needs to run android (preferrably have a rom for ics), and have an autofocus camera... So, might be tempted by Desire, Desire S, HD2 (upgraded to android) etc...

Let me know what you have and how much :)

    Think you might struggle to get Desire HD and Desire S for £100 (even 2nd hand). Have you considered the new Huawei Ascend G 300 direct from Vodafone for £100 - can be unlocked for about £5 on ebay and quite a few ROMS etc available for it now if you are into that sort of thing.

    Great spec for the price and at least it is Brand New with warranty etc.

    Didn't say I expect them for £100, I said looking at prices around £100 ;)

    As for the g300, I saw it, but not sure on the build of it. Reason I want something like htc is because the build is a lot better imo... I had an old orange san fran, and the power button was really dodgy on it. I've read reports of problems with screens and buttons on the g300, and so it just puts me off... Thanks for suggestion tho

    hi just looking at ur problem one thing dose ur sansung s2 work if so wot is up with it.May u consider swop with htc sesation with custom rom works verey fast

    Well, it got dropped in water. Left it switched off for several days in bowl of rice. Opened up, and all seemed dry. Turned on, worked fine...

    Then, I noticed a purple splodge on screen when turned on later... Left powered off in more rice in case was still water in. Turned on again a fuirther few days later. Still the same. Over the course of the day, the purple splodge got worse and worse, until I can't see anything on screen...

    All works fine otherwise...

    may be if price is good iv done a lot of work got rid of the sens its got android 4.0.4 got 32gig sd card class 10
