Looking for a macbook / pro of some sort maybe an imac if its going cheap to do some video editing on.

As long as it works and is running an operating system then its ok, I dont really need any extra software as I already have final cut pro.
Shipping/Payment:
Looking to pay around £250-£300 or even trade with the following:

- I have an XBOX running XBMC with a 200GB hardrive

- Sony Digital Camera Black Model: T9 (with official sony leather case all boxed)

- Apple Video Ipod 30GB (Black) with Gear4 Houseparty 24/7 dock/speakers/alarm (All boxed)

Sorry not got one but have you used FC Pro before?

I think it needs 2gb RAM to install if it's the newest version.

Just had a quick look online and that particular emac is going for between £40-£65 so I dont think I want to exchange the ipod and camera for it (when both with all their bits are worth about £80-£100 each)

How much would you want cash for it?
#11
i wanst aware of how much there fetching i wanted £100 for it
where was the site with the prices of this mac?
#12
I think it contains an e and a bay.
#13
yep, Adamo's right, I'll have to give it a pass then mate, thanks for the offer though
#14
cool but its in the rules not to compare the prices to ebay or amazon market place on this forum ^_^
#15
And he didn't (as he didn't mention where he was looking), but as a price guide, he's more than welcome to.
#16
well would you consider £80 its the lowest id like to go on this
#17
Appreciate the offer but I'll have to decline mate
#18
ok thanks for the interest i hope you get what your looking for =)
#19

#20
anybody?
#21
I may have an eMac that would suit your needs. Its been a while since it was last used fully as the last time I tested it I ended up sending it off for a £500 repair courtesy of apple :D (new logic board!)

It is a 1.42ghz G4, 2gb PC2700 DDR, pretty sure I have popped either a 160 or 200gb Hdd in there. It has an airport card too.

Let me have a check tomorrow on the specs/make sure I can find it! Moved house recently so it may well be at my parents still!
#22
sounds promising :) let me know!
#23
Hi, I have a Mac Mini for sale. intel core 2 duo 1.83ghz, 1gb RAM, 80GB hard drive. Ive got the official apple mouse and keyboard to go with it if your interested.
#24
how much were u looking for? any of my stuff you want to trade?
#25
final cut is gunna be hard to run on any of the macbooks. express works perfectly tho.
#26
hey mclovin i liked you in that superbad movie, anyways would the macbook need to be pro for it to be able to run final cut?
#27
final cut express? i have a macbook pro. and i wudnt reccomend final cut on it. such a big file. but u wud need to play finakl cut a macbook pro as normal macbooks have intergrated graphics which is no good for video rendering.
#28
White MacBook, 2.2Ghz, no box but comes with charger and Neoprene case, 4GB RAM, SuperDrive, iWork, Leopard.. looking for £575 delivered.
#29
may be interested Adamo if you can lower your price, also where are you located?
would it be possible to see it working etc
#30
Not interested in lowering the price I'm afraid. Based in Shrewsbury, collection would knock off £25. Could deliver if a reasonable way away (for cost of fuel), or if near a friend of mine (combine the trip!).

Seeing it working is no problem.
#31
Quite a bit over my budget mate so I'll have to pass
#32
No worries, just going on the real value of it. :)
#33
ipod is gone now, so anything else on my list is ready to be traded
#34
My sincere apologies for not returning to this thread sooner!

I managed to locate the eMac at my parents house (eventually!). Unfortunately the power button has become dislodged so it no longer works :( Sourcing a replacement button has been rather unfruitful unless I am willing to spend £25-30!
