withdraw the money into your bank account is 25p, but when you send money the other person who recieves it gets charged a percentage of the money

anyone?

There is a charge for any withdrawal less than £50 when you put money in your account from PAYPAL. When you send money to someone the fees are a lot higher and not related to withdrawal fees rates.

It looks like the OP has a personal account and not a Premier account with Paypal so therefore they don't get charged fees for receiving money from Paypal funds and can only receive payments from a debit/credit card 3 times on the paypal account...........the 25p was a charge for withdrawing less than £50 into their bank account. :)
#16
yeah i got the 25p bit but thought that if it waws directly from a paypal acc no fees incurred
[mod]#17
Only if you have a personal account........if you have a premier account then you get charged fees regardless. :)
