I have one coming in tomorrow from Vodafone as an upgrade to another number (it will be locked to Vodafone but I'm pretty sure you can get it unlocked).

I had one previously and basically the phone isn't actually vodafone branded to the point that the WHOLE phone is plastered with Vodafone all over it. Aesthetically, the phone is unbranded, meaning theres no actual Vodafone logo anywhere on the phone. Only vodafone thing I can see is the Vodafone menu option (which probably won't appear if you're using a sim other than Voda) and the Voda start up screen but that's about it. You could always flash the phone yourself which is quite straight forward and have the original blackberry startup.

Everything else is pretty much standard. The phones are easy to unlock as far as I'm aware as it's just requires access to a secret menu and a code input and a simple change of a setting.

I will sell for cheaper than your asking price if you're interested.

I have ebay feedback going by the same name as the name on this forum.

Edit**

I have just found out that I can contact Vodafone to get the phone unlocked thus allowing the use of any sim card in the phone.

Edit ***

I'm located in Nottingham as well so Leicester isn't that far from me.
