That Vibe sub and amp in another thread are great!! I got on and it dont use up much boot space and if you have to take it out its easy as there are only three screws to take off!!

Make sure you get good wiring (Halfords do one for about £20) as you dont wanting it over powering the amp!!

You can fit it yourself not that hard as the cowboys rob you on fitting!

yeah it looked OK, just trying to get hold of Bane17 is a pain in the backside, lol.

Wont be a problem to fit which ever sub/amp I end up getting, I had an old Neon attached to the front so I can use those cables to pull the new ones into the interior then send them along the sides of the doors to get in the boot, done it before on most of my old cars, will probably get a nice wiring kit from one of the online retailers if there are any good deals about, I shall go have a look :)

I have a SPLX sub (600w I think), with carpeted box.
Also would throw in a faulty (intermittently works) 400w SPLX Amp with it.
Looking for around £25 + delivery for it (which will be £7.50 via parcels2go.com)

What model numbers are they, how long have you had them, what payment type would you require, do you have any feedback elsewhere ?

Mike..
#16
Can't find the SPLX sub model number anywhere, I can take a picture and post it up here if you want?
The amp is SPLX SPLA400 and I could probably chuck in a not very powerful VR1502C 150w VRX amp too (i think this one does work!).
I've had them around 6 months but my car has been written off and i'm off to uni soon so don't want to take them with me in case my 'new' car gets broken into!
I have 75 feedback on ebay at 100%, my user is 2e0ncg
Paypal preferred.
Let me know! Mark

As you probably can tell the thing on the side of the sub is the amp, but this can be taken off easily if you didnt want it on there or wanted to swap it for a new one.
Also got some wiring that you may as well have if you wanted it - not super heavy duty wiring or anything but more than enough to wire up this sub and amp into my car (I wired it into the radio power cable so it only turns on when the radio is turned on and I will include the power cable from my old radio if you wanted it, but that could easily be chopped off and wired to the main car battery!
#22
Mike,
Were you interested in this then?

Mark
#23
yeah, what would it be all together including the other Amp you have and the postage costs please?
Been playing Mario Kart online, so only been checking back every now and again :)

Mike..
#24
Total price would be £33.50 (I've worked that out using £25 for the sub and two amp's, £7.27 postage and around £1.23 for the wrapping, etc etc)
Let me know if this is ok.

12mm Linear one-way X-max and dual 40oz (80oz )magnets make this subwoofer a great choice for high output applications. A progressive spider design provides better control at excursion limits than more commonly used linear spiders.

They use DHL to deliver Mike, haven't had any experience with them yet but from a few people i've spoke to they seem good (and cheap!)

they will pickup the parcel from me and then do delivery to you in 2-4 days, so their site says.
