Try opening your windows more and dont dry washing indoors. Also some flats benefit from the heating being on constantly but on the lowest level.

I had tenants who complained about condensation and it was all their fault.

If you must dry indoors only do it in the bathroom

We have a tumble dryer for drying our clothes during the winter months and in summer we dry them outside so it's not that and we have some windows slightly open all of the time. I can't keep the heating on all of the time as the sound of the boiler running keeps the OH awake as she's a very light sleeper.

Thanks for the advice though

No problem. some old properties especially are like that. I have a place like that and tenants had water running down the walls.

shame you cant keep heating on low as that defo helps. would be interesting to see if it helps and then you could look at a way of minimising boiler noise or soundproofing.

Dehumidifiers are good tho, i have one.
