Hi all

I'm after a PC for my son and as we only have laptops in the house it would be nice to have a PC to use every now and then.

I would like a flat screen monitor and decent memory and HD if poss.

If anyone has any for sale please let me know.

You must state a price you're willing to accept for an item and you're also not allowed to sell on behalf of a third party. Please read the rules. Thanks.

Yes the onus is on the seller to name their price. Thanks.

Sorry if this is Hijacking your thread, Mrs_Clooney, but this needs to be sorted. You were offering, in your post, a PC for sale. FACT. You didn't give a price for it. FACT. Somebody who was trying to help the OP (me) but might have been interested in your PC if the OP hadn't been interested in it, suggested that it might be a good idea to state your price. FACT. You then decided to get nasty, even though nothing nasty had been said to you at any point. FACT.

And if you are going to come out with nonsensical gibberish like "I am reply to his post", then I am not sure that this conversation is going to go much further, as I don't think I'll be able to understand what you are saying. FACT.

Rayman sorted the other chappie out, so hopefully you can now carry on looking for a new PC. All the best with it

Excludes monitor. I can throw in a cheap keyboard and mouse if you want.

Where are you based Mrs C???
#24
I'm in Hertfordshire.

I have enough printers thanks, never use the things lol.

May I suggest this brand new Dell Vostro 200 MT for £173 (not including 5% Quidco cashback) - remove the monitor for the price, as you'll probably get it from elsewhere for cheaper anyway. These days you can get a secondhand 17-19" monitor for £40-60 or less.

If you can hold out a bit, Bigpockets PCs for £140-150with a 17" TFT monitor may return. They may be short on RAM (& hard disk space depending on how much you require), but former should be easily upgraded for £10-20

In regards to your comments:

I am the legal owner of the PC and it is my name on the receipt, my brother has just been using it for 3 years. I paid for it.
Price wise I was looking at around 300 pounds and will ship in the UK

Secondhand 17" TFT monitor here.
