I am looking for a digital camera which has a built in battery and recharge circuit. in other words that i can leave plugged into the wall and it charges itself.

I'm currently am using a kodak easyshare cx4230 which am perfectly happy with, only prob is it takes separate rechargeable AA batteries which are always flat when I actually wanna take a pic! I figured a camera which can charge itself is the answer to my problems :santa:

I'm not looking to spend too much, hoping to get one for under £30 but will pay more if it looks worth it (im not a features *****). All i am really needing is inbuilt battery, at least 2mpixel quality and a card slot (sd, ms, anything really) and i would then be a happy bunny :-D

and would hopefully be able to adorn my for sale ads with perfect photos too to add to the bargain!

please leave info, photos and model numbers/condition if you have one for me, and I will get back to you as to whether or not its the one for me!

many thanks

yes but with rechargeables you are in much the same league as having an internal battery...and furthermore you can buy rechareables quite cheaply so can always carry spares.

I have a Canon that uses AAs and have no probs whatsoever..when on holiday I simply take a set of AA lithium batteries as a back up.

to be honest its having to take out the batterys to charge them that im trying to avoid , pure laziness i know!
