Wanted: EasyCap DC60+

This is a bit of a long shot.

I'm after an EasyCap DC60+ which is a USB capture card. I can get one on a well known auction site for £14 delivered.

I just need the EasyCap DC60+ not a CD or anything I have the drivers and the software from a previous one.

A bit hopeful posting on here but it is worth a go, please reply with any offers.

If by the other one you mean a DC60 I've got that one, it doesn't support Pal60 though. If it is something else please tell me more :D

Thanks :)

To be honest, I don't think there's any physical differences between the DC60 and DC60+ but I'll check google.

Just in case I cant find it, or you cant get one elsewhere, Dealextreme sell them (although it doesnt specify the model number):

http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.5707

Comes to about £5/6 after conversion!

Very good price, but I think that they are DC60s :( Thanks anyway +rep

I think that the only way you can tell without the packaging is by plugging it in to the computer and seeing what the device comes up as in a capture program.

Thanks for the offer but as I said to MrShed I think the DealExtreme sell the DC60 which is the version I have already.

EDIT: Possibly the only way I would say you could be sure, if I can suggest, would be to open windows movie maker, check through the "Capture from video device" - then check the video settings, and see if NTSC 4.33 is an option. If not, it's definitely the DC60, not the DC60+

Found that on the internet. So if you do as that says and NTSC 4.33 is an option, that is the one I am looking for.

If you search for "EasyCap" on that site, there are a couple of others as well - not sure if one of them may be the + version - some are a bit more expensive?

Mine is that one so mine will be no good for you - sorry I couldnt help more, but cheers for the rep :)

There is this one http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.26319 which has the Pal60 and NTSC4.33 which is what I need, however this is supposedly a DC60++ which I believe is a copy of the original makers, people say it works well, though. Only other problem is that it is more expensive than the auction one and also I've never brought from DealExtreme and have heard their items take a while to arrive.

No worries about yours, thanks for your time.

Also if anyone has a Dazzle USB Video Capture then I'd be interested in those at the right price.

I use Windows 7 and DC60 requires drivers to be downloaded and installed off the internet, the drivers supplied are for Win Xp. But yes it does work.

DC60+ which is what I'm after, works with Win 7 too, not sure whether or not the drivers supplied with it are Win 7 compatible but you can get them off the internet.
