Need one of these to replace mine - have quite a few ink catridges so need a printer that takes them. Anyone have one that they are looking to sell - as long as it prints I am not worried about its cosmetic appearance.

By any chance did you get a message on the printer saying that some parts have come to their end of life?

IF you got this message it means the ink pads are full and they can be reset by pressing 2 certain buttons which fools the printer and re-sets the ink pads

I had to do the above to reset my epson r200

Think the R200 is no longer produced by Epson as it has been replaced by a newer model

Yes - that s what happened - I tried SSC service utility, but no use for me. Now have a R200 and a R220 with same problem. I would be grateful if you could share the details of which buttons to press and in which sequence.

Thanks

I had to get a new printer. But after some 'fiddling' I got SSC service utility to reset the counter on the 200. Its now in use as a back up printer on one of the kids machines.
