agreed, everythings so cheap now you could probably build a much better spec yourself for much cheaper than buying one built.

Check out the I5 bundles on scan / ebuyer aswell 8)

watch youtube tutorials, buy your own parts off ebay etc. and build the pc yourself.

and i would avoid scan... they're terrible

Just to counter this, ordered many times from Scan and service was flawless.

that's just my opinion of scan after few purchases.

You should go to Bowlers,in Trafford Park,Manchester, on a saturday morning,I bought mine from there,
incredible prices too.

http://www.pccentre-nw.co.uk

They have a stall there and are very helpful guys, don't try to sell you stuff you don't need, etc.
They have a huge range of items from prebuilt,or like me,I chose all the bits and pieces and they built it for me whilst I waited.
Well worth a look mate.
If you're not near Bowlers,I believe these computer fairs are held nationwide.
Google for your nearest one.
Hope this helps all you guys and gals.
Merry Christmas to you all.

eBay for computer parts over a specialized store?

Scan are brilliant although the website is terrible imo.

The seller must always state an asking price - please don't invite offers, this isn't an auction site. Please edit your existing post to add the required information.
