Do you want Home or Professional ?

Home will usually be slightly cheaper than Professional, but to be honest, most home users would hardly notice the difference.

(I have not got one for sale, but you may wish to specify which you want, or say if you are not bothered, in your question).

Not sure how much you want to pay, but you can get an OEM Home from Amazon for about £50.

would prefer pro but would take home if it came up, hoping to get it a bit cheaper than that, its actually for my mum she lives in spain and unfortunatly it means her spanish laptop has spanish windows on it and for some stupid reason microsoft have made it so u cant change the language to english, so altho they have a genuine copy they are going to have to purchase a english one (or learn spanish pretty quickly)

i have a windows pro cd for sale, no COA though but you should be able to use the COA that you have with the spanish version? please someone correct me if im wrong!!!

Forgive me if I'm mistaken, but a Windows CD with no COA is worth no more than the CD it is made from? It's the license you're paying for.

nope unfortunatly it doesnt work that way, its the COA that gives it its worth and you cant use a spanish coa on a english version else all there problems would be solved :)

wouldnt mind media center edition if anyone has that either, but any version must come with new COA

great.. is it preregistered to your laptop tho? IE did the laptop come with the xp already on and the disk and coa are the backup or is it a unused COA.

thanks will definatly take it if you can confirm its unused!
