Wanted: Headphones (new or barely used)

Looking for a pair of headphones (not "in-ear" type) ASAP as mine have died

Looking for a decent make such as Sennheiser. Here's my requirements:

- Over the head design (not in-ear)
- Closed back (if you're not sure, don't worry)
- Short cable (like 1 meter or so... going to be using them on the go so can't really have a 3 meter cable!)

I like the look of the following:
Sennheiser HD201, HD218 or HD228

Will consider others

interested in steelseries 5h headphones?

A bit out of my price range I'm afraid, sorry.

mighty mugger

They look good for the price. Unfortunately they're an 'open' design which means the sound will leak out (and consequently annoy people sitting next to me on the bus!!).

I'm now pretty settled on the Sennheiser HD218 so if anyone has a pair, I'd be interested in them.

how much is your budget? I'm willing to let mine go for 30 pounds if you're interested :) Let me know.

Thanks

Just had a look at the specs and they're not really what I'm after. They seem to be more geared towards gaming rather than music, plus they're a tad on the large side. Looking for something a little more portable - sorry, but thanks for your offer
