I want a decent condition iphone 3G, with no damages at all on the screen. Not really interested in 2G ones, though I don't mind if it's 8gb.

Also interested in Samsung i8910, need a new phone as I recently sold my old 5800. Either would do nicely.

It appears not... :w00t:
I have also spent the day looking around for a 3g iphone, even a 3gs... I can not justify the o2 contract which is so expensive, and with no unlimited texts.
They are so expensive, am going to have a look at the condition of them at CEX tomorrow I think.

Good luck..

Thanks...

Seems ppl keep their Apple stuff for longer than other stuff... lower rate of depreciation in value maybe. Went to the store today, they were still asking for about £350 for a 8gb 3G, if only Apple could push 8GB 3Gs out.

I was also looking at the 3g and the 3gs at apple today, you can get free delivery and 3% quidco from apple direct which is a small bonus. And free engraving, but would assume this would effect selling on price.

My budget could increase a bit, just not too much. Probably looking at £250 max for a 3G, can't really afford more.

Cex selling iPhone 8Gb Grade B for £295, unless you can trade your old phones and some stuff ?

Sorry it is 3G

You'd be better off looking for one around Christmas, when the 1st of the 18 month 3G contracts expire.

You'll probably find a few people that may upgrade to the 3GS at the end of their contracts, and want to lessen the hit by selling their old iphone.
