We are based in sheffield looking for a kitten or two to live with us. Pedigree is not important, however we would like the kitten to have been spayed and vaccinated.
we are currently buying its bed, toys etc so would like one soon, as the living room will look abit daft full of cat accessories for no reason!
please contact us asap.

good luck in finding one
i dont think anyone will be able to get you a voucher though

local paper may be best place to start (sheffield star - i miss that paper!)

one thing i will say is start with 1 kitten and work your way up

Your not going to get a kitten that has been spayed and vaccinated.
#4
To be honset, you wont find a young kitten that has been spayed, don't think this can be done until they are about 6 months- not sure though!
Depending on its age you may have to get its vaccinations done too, again, don't know what age this can be done at.

Maybe do a little research on the internet about the ages that these things need doing.

Good Luck!

Edit - Snap jdeal - beat me to it there!

Go to your local cats home, There are tons of young cats/kittens that need a good home.

try the loot thats where we bought our bull terrier from. but then again this was about 2 years ago not sure if they still sell pets in the loot.

found these ads :

don't know how old it is, worth a call?

Or if you go to your local RSPCA or similar, you could maybe get one thats a little older, probably house trained, vaccinated etc

I just got a kitten recently.....

First vaccination at 9 weeks, Second at 12 weeks.
Spaying at 6 months at the earliest.

Only advice I can give is check everywhere, kittens seem to go quickly at the moment.
Try local advertisement papers, local classified ads, adverts put up in shops, particularly pet shops, websites for local shelters, anything else you can think of.

Quite a few here mate at the Sheffield RSPCA centre.

http://rspcasheffield.org/cgi-bin/makepage.py?menu=homecode.dat&targetpage=createhome

Dont know how often its updated & just found it on google but there are quit a few aged 9 & 12 weeks & also some older ones as well. Might be worth an enquiry.

I think you have to make a donation to the RSPCA to get one or at least i think this is what we had to get our dog from a rescue centre.

Hope this helps

James

Link hasnt worked properly & only takes you to the homepage.

You click on "more" where it says "We need volunteers, can you help?" to the left of the main picture.

In grey box on left click "In sheffield" under neath the "Up for adoption" Heading.

unfortunatly we wont be getting them yet :-(

we still plan to get kittens, however with us living in rented accomodation weve decided it wouldnt be fair for us or the kittens to have unsettled living arrangements.

so the plan is to sort out a mortgage (my works abit unsettled at the moment so we'll be looking in a few months at bank branches) to see how much we can get, and if we can get a decent mortgage, and find a nice new home, the kittens will be moving into OUR own house, where we wont have to worry about carpets and furniture being destroyed as it will all be ours!

so if you have kittens in around 6 months time, look us up! :)
in the mean time we'll be buying all the accessories still, and reading up on kittens and cats so we can be the best parents ever! :):)

Good luck with the mortgage, plenty of good deals to be had at the moment.
