I can do a tray + the small scratch post and I have 2 small orange bowls you can have for £15 + the extra postage of the courier £4

I have 2 trays you can pick from - they have been used but cleaned with special cleaning stuff - I would still be using them but had to get a JUMBO tray as my cat got huge 6kg - cost me £40 for a new tray !!

The black tray is complete and the scoop is new
the blue/white tray I can't find the door to it and the gap at the top just has a piece of filter in, but my cat just kept taking it out

Thanks for the pics! I need one with door and hood etc to stop my lil boy so can only consider the black one, it's all good right? Door etc working and clips still as new? How much extra if in as new condition to send with my other bits? The scratch bar is not quite wat I am looking for but thanks
Also will cost a fortune to send the food I am guessing

Yes the black tray is in great condition - didn't use it much as this was replacement for the blue one but was too small for what needed then got the Jumbo one

to send with your other bits would be £14

if you wanted the food aswell would only add another £3 for the courier - but would do tray + food for £45 + would give you 2 little bowls

Toys and bits to.... Or any suggestions on anything I may have forgot

Seems postage is an issue on this, can get a brand new one off the bay for a few pound more so gonna have to do that I think.... Not even thought about wat food I want to feed her yet, plus want to test her on it before buying a massive bag incase she won't eat it...
Thanks for your time tho, it's always postage that's the killer

Where are you based? Might have a box because my two are too big for it now. I would also recommend that black and white litter tray, I have it for my 2 and the carbon filter in the top really makes a difference . . . when their not pulling it out that is! I think we got it from argos?
#17
yes thats the one thing I forgot would need a new bit of filter for the cat box - might have a bit spare will check - got mine from local petshop £22.99

its just a bit of carbon filter like you put in cooker hood and too be honest every cat litter tray I get my cat finds where the filter is and gets it out and rips it all over the floor lol!

but thats ok, its up to you - was just trying to help you out a bit - I will just keep as a spare , got courier coming tomorrow but got to book it within the next 2 hours that was all

got a scratching post from tesco recently which is good for £15, and my rescue cats love it.
i suggest as a cat and dog breeder that you feed good complete cat meal, like iamms, the tins/packets etc are not good, unless you like cleaning smelly pooh, and isnt as nutritionally good either imho. we then feed them chicken to build them up or boneless cooked fish. they only get water too, except if they feel a little poorly, like after neutering we give them the premade kitten milk from supermarket. i use clumping litter and then can just clean out the used section, so works out cheaper and easier.
the complete food crunch is good for their teeth too. i always take the door off the litter boxes as i find kittens find it difficult to use, so take longer to train.
they like sitting in windows so if you have a ledge they will like to go there or under cupboards if there is any access or on top of a radiator, so watch ornaments and curtains will get pulled or chawed possibly. lol.
i hope you have great fun with ur new cat.

Ahhh thanks so much for this info! like I said only ever had dogs but time is limited with my young boy so a cat seemed a perfect choice when my cousins cat had kittens. Looking forward to having a pet again! I will look into your info regarding the food etc, havent been out yet to have a good look at them but will deffo bear that in mind so thanks V much!!

argos have good cat carriers at around 16quid, we got one to collect ours in. just right size. better to have two hands to build it though. of course if u have nectar points can use those.
#25
oh and they like to sleep in dark places if they can.

I may have a spare cat bed but you could do with finding out where she likes to sleep first as not all cats like dark places, in fact Ive only had one cat that has liked dark spaces the rest just prefer to lie on is or the sofa!

As for food, 128plant is right about not feeding tins/packet food if you don't want smelly poos but is not too right in recommending iams, its better than whiskers etc (which is just mcdonalds for cats) but iams is still not great. Applaws is very good and the cheaper version of that is James Wellbeloved and thats also very good.
#27
Thanks emzy.... We had the one u mention below for our dog, very good make agreed... Is that ur British blue in the pic? Gorgeous! If u have a bed let me know, they are in a bed at the mo... Would want new though :)

i recommended iams as its mid range and solves the bad pooh and excessive smell. the one u suggest is good indeed but the other top end ones are generally more expensive than they are worth. have like the other breeder tried all sorts over the years and have discovered iams the best and allows a nice budget for treats unless u into serious breeding and then expensive food is dif for a breeding mother imho. best of luck.
