I've just bought a second hand Creative Zen Vision M and love it.

I'd like to use it in the car but don't have aux in on my stereo.

Is the only solution a fm transmitter and if so are they any good please?

I've seen lots for sale on fleabay such as Item number: 350193472659

For less than £4 I figure they are worth a punt but just wondered if anyone has one gathering dust?

Many thanks.

I've got a cheap one from play and the sound is rather tinny and lacking in quality, I don't know if the more expensive ones are better but would also like to hear what people say. Once you start getting in the £30's might as well buy a stereo with AUX input.

You can also get wired tape adapters but the sound is still as bad

The ebay item you've given is the one I've got...it's rubbish

The one I have cost £30 when I bought it a few years ago & I think it sounds great, you have to find the right balalnce with volume on the mp3 player, the instructions I read said it sounds better if you use a low volume on the mp3 player but I found it better with a higher volume.

Can't compare on what the lower priced ones sound like as I've never used one.

I don't use mine now as I have bought an ipod connector for my car, my 5 mth old thread is still active http://www.hotukdeals.com/forums/showthread.php?t=276527 would be open to an offer on price if you are interested.

Hi guys, thanks for the input.

I have heard similar stories of tinniness etc but it seems the only option.

I've got a Ford 6006 6cd radio unit and they don't seem to do one with inputs at all???

Lyzzys321, thanks for that, google says yours retail at £12+ now. I can offer £7 if you like , thanks.
