Hi.

I am after a Dell Netbook. Must be the 10v model. Let me know what you have.

Cheers

Ed

Edit: After some research I would also be interested in:

Dell 10v
HP Mini 1000
MSI Wind U100/123
Samsung N310

They are not worth it, I had one for a while but sold it, the processor is so slow. I would look at alternative models.

I have a Dell Mini 10v in red from the Dell outlet.
It's been upgraded with a 2GB stick of Transcend pc2-5300 RAM.
Broadcom Bluetooth 2.1
Intel 5300 half-height wireless-N card
All are MAC OS compatible.
It comes with Windows XP Home on it.
It's not been used since I tried to install Snow Leopard and found my DVD drive was at fault.
Stuck in a cupboard since and forgotten about.
£170.

Any pictures?

But the 123 can yes? Have you done it with the U100?

What is the build quality like?

build quality is fine - certainly as good as Dell

yes mine is running 10.6.5 I think - not the latest SL but the one before :)

I did increase the RAM to 2GB and changed the wifi card to make it truly OSX (airport card seen)

very easy - all you need to know is on this site - http://www.insanelywind.com/forum/

Does the wifi work otb at all? Airport would be something I would look at later.

The Advent 4211 is worth a look at too, it's just a re-badged MSI u100. I hackintoshed mine. They often end for around £100-120 on eBay...
