May as well buy new for £29.99 from ShopTo.net.

Please let me know what you think of the title if/when you do play it Marky... I know how you favour racing titles & the downloadable demo has kept me amused for far longer than I thought it would [even though you can drive at other cars & they go right over the top of the 2006 Lotus Elise 111R like it has a ramp instead of a set of headlamps! Maybe that it what the "R" suffix stands for ;)].

The 2006 Pagani Zonda F you can unlock is not as quite of a handful to drive as I imagined either. The 2008 Dodge Viper SRT10 on the other hand... make sure you have the damage setting to 'low' or else you'll end up with a battered tin can by the time you've power-slid around a few corners.

The BMW M3 (E46) is as you'd expect. Neither very poor, nor very good. A bit of a lame duck in the otherwise great line-up.

The handling in the 2008 Nissan GT-R has also made me waiver at my next car being an Ariel Atom (3) as well. The best "Need for Speed" franchise release for a very long time... well, until Criterion Games get their driving mitts on the next iteration of the series in 2010...

Yes. And good if you have a CEX Near you which alot of Britain do not. Not really helping my thread in all honesty.

Nice to hear your impressions, Alot of people have slated the game but I actually really enjoy it. The driving physics are very good and quick to pick up for newcomers to any type of racing games. The cars I've got are the Audi RS4 and the Audi R8, They're my fav cars in the game so far, Just made it into Tier 4, Only disappointing thing for the game is that it's Far Too Easy, I hate Rubber Band effect's in Racing games as it just makes the compeitition too simple and easy to tell when and where the AI will slow down and take a turn. It's the best NFS in the series imo and well worth getting!, The demo just a short taste of it but at leats they picked two of the best circuits in the game :) I play on Pro Physics when I play on it. I got so bummed out though as GAME Were holding a Compeitition where you set your fastest times in a Nissan 350Z car in game on the Brands Hatch Circuit. My friend got to the final and came 8th and the Winner got an Actual Nissan 350Z Car! Wish I could have participlated but wasnt able to get to Oxford Street on the day they held it!

Seems like we are not the only two people to be interested in the "Need for Speed" franchise...

Need for Speed shifting 100 million units.
