Its a htc hermes/vodaphone 1605/xda trion if any use? its branded vodafone by a small vodafone sign above the screen and says vodaphone under the screen, but its unlocked as i use tmobile on it. it has Windows Mobile 6.1 on it, ill throw in a 1GB micro sd card as well for you. As you can see in the photo its processor power/memory etc. And also in the photo you can see the backspace key has come away slightly, but i promise it works 100% and always works when pressing it as i use it everyday at the moment.
As you can tell from the photo the screen is in mint condition, as i took the screen protector off to take the photos...as the protector was ****** anyways, but will put it back on to ship it to yourself.

£75 delievered by special delivery for both our security and so its fully insured, can post first thing tomorrow to ensure you get it on friday morning.

Open to offers as well as usual

hi awoodhall2003
Id never realised this phone existed. I had a look on o2's website and just had a few questions. Does it use an sd or microsd card, as on the o2 specs it says an sd card(http://www.my-xda.com/pdf/technical_specs/trion_Specs.pdf)

Also i had 2 little niggles, the phone seems quite chunkey(22mm) compared to the stellar or orbit, and also i wondered when you surf the net on it(if you do) do websites look right as the resoloutions of this and other xdas are qvga(320x240)??

Do you also have an adaptor for plugging in normal headphones?
Much appreciated, thanks:)

It uses microSD card, can even throw you a 2gb instead of a 1gb if you want (of course you do )
The resolution as shown in photo is 320x240 (its the other way round in photo as the keyboard is open and thus flipped 90degrees), and i often view my web mail of it, HUKD sometimes, and couple of online games i play and its fine, however i do sometimes use Opera as i think its better but thats individual choice.

I dont have an adaptor for headphone but lots of people have them on here...for £1.50-2.00.
Also i only have the USB charger for it, however if really needed you can get for £2.99 an adaptor that you can plug the usb lead in too...which ill take off the price for you.

So we could call it £70 thus saving you a £5 to buy the adaptors.

EDIT:
Dimension of the stellar:
Dimensions: 59 x 112 x 18.95 millimetres
Mass: 190 grams (battery included)

Of the HTC Hermes:
Dimensions: 58 x 112.5 x 21.95 millimetres
Mass: 176 grams (battery included)

So is a tad thicker but same dimensions but lighter as well.

Also the processor speed is exactly the same as the Stellar at 400Mhz, along with screen size and resolution is the same. Also supports GPRS, EDGE, UMTS, HSDPA the same as the Stellar as well, alongside the battery is the same 1350mah rating so should last about the same too.

hmmm.. not sure what to say, as 22mm seems pretty thick when i look at it with a ruler, but then again so does 19.

Im also not going to need the 2gb card as i would have bought a 8 or 16gb one later, but thanks for the offer anyway ;-).

Well i guess id have to settle for that resolution, because the stellar and all of the older xdas are that as well.

just reading on the internet it says the stellars Qualcomm 400Mhz processor is about 50% faster than the samsung 400mhz one used in the trion.

Well, ill keep you in mind for the time being and see if any other xda's come up. Thanks again:thumbsup:

EDIT: just looked at the trion specs and realised it doesnt have gps. i prefrebly was looking for an xda with gps built in, i really should have mentioned that in the description at the top. As i said ill keep you in mind if nothing else comes along. Thanks

No problems, didnt know they were different brands of processors...i thought my xda mini s ran fine and didnt even know what speed that was!

Well im open to maybe a little negotiation on price as well. and like said special delievery is included:thumbsup:
But let me know if you want it and ill pop it in post for ya.

Also i was reading:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=349743

seems divided! but seen the other that it is zippier dependent on rom.

yeah course no problems. Good luck, and also if really needed could consider buying a bluetooth GPS reciever if cost effective as a guy had one on here for sale for £15 as i was semi interested.

U won't be able to get a Stellar for £70, please be realistic, I was gonna offer mine for sale but your asking price is a fairy tale

this is true... i saw the same phone as mine be offered for £100 twice by different people and locked, thus why i offered mine, but they were undecided, thus offered here. :-D

Especially not as Cex give a grade B unlocked tytn1 (my phone offered) - £70
but for a tytn2 unlocked - £120:w00t:

just got back from watching the apprentice:)

hi heovang, sorry if my price is a bit insulting in any way, i wasnt sure what to price it at as on ebay they go from around £80-£180 so i thought id put my price at the bottom end of the scale. Id also seen xda orbits go at around £40-£60 on avforums and here so thought £70 would be around the bottom end at sale prices.. Anyway, Id be delighted if i could get a stellar, if you are willing to sell yours please could you guide me to what sort of price you were looking at:thumbsup:.

Thanks:thumbsup:

Thanks for a very friendly reply, if you could push your offer up to £120 you can get one, and £140 to £150 for a decent one with mint condition and box and everything. As HTC TYTN 2, which is Stellar on O2 is still the best compare to it age

Thanks for the quick reply, i just had a chat with myself and have decided to put my 'wanted price' up to around £100+ as i dont want to spend too much, the condition isnt key for me as i dont have a great history for keeping phones in great cosmetic condition. so, if anyone has a htc tytn 2, xda stellar or t-mobile vario 3 please feel free to advertise it to me. Thanks again.

Edit: i have seen the htc tytn ii go for £100 on av forums so would be looking to spend around the same

If your still looking i have an xda zest only bought 17/04/09 it has everything that came with it. I have put a screen protector on screen to protect from scratches and also have one spare. I have also bought a 2gb sd card and a leather case.
If intersted can post pics:thumbsup:
