Surely anyone responding will also eventually fall foul of Orange and their money grabbing tactics if they change ISP provider.

Fortunately I still had my unused Orange Livebox when I ditched Orange.

Hope you get sorted though.

Thread closed - the livebox routers remain the property of Orange under the Terms of your Hire Agreement (as you are now aware) and therefore another members would be breaching their Orange T&Cs should they offer one for sale to you, apologies.

http://www.orange.co.uk/terms/hire/default.htm?linkfrom=&link=link_8&article=termsofusenav

2.2.2 if you fail to return the Livebox and all parts of it:
(a) within 30 days of termination of this hire agreement; or
(b) within 14 days in the event of a fault and we supply you with a replacement Livebox as set out in paragraph 5.1 or 5.2;
we may charge you the full replacement cost for such Livebox unless you can provide us with actual proof of postage. If we are required to collect the Livebox, we shall be entitled to charge you for the direct costs of so doing;
