Hi, recently got a dell gx240 from work as they were chucking them out so i grabbed one and run. now i am upgrading it. I already have upgraded one stick of RAM, 128 dual head graphic card, PCI 5 port usb and intergrated wireless.

Now I am looking for a Pentium 4 HT processor (3.0ghz, 1mb L2 cache, 478 chip) or similar
and another 512 stick of RAM (SDRAM, PC133, Unbuffered) or similar

thanks dean

We recently bought a dell optiplex gx270 2.8 ghz for £69 from a charity seller on ebay called airedalecomputerrecycling. he always has optiplex parts and sells them quite cheap. if he doesn't have what you are looking for on ebay, just send him a message and he might be able to help you out.

i have 3 512mb identical sdram sticks, was suing them in a game server but have upgraded it , can pull them off and test if u like all identical so should work together based on ur mainboard.
you should check whether it is actually sdram you need and not ddr tho

Hi, yes it is SDRAM the pc takes, the standard is PC133. how much for one of the sticks?
