Doesnt matter if it comes with a big memory card, just one in good condition and preferably a slim but I doubt it for the price I am offering.

Willing to pay £40
Shipping/Payment:
Bank Transfer please.

Hi,

I have a "Phat" Piano Black PSP-1000 series with Custom Firmware installed ("3.52 M33-4") that is rarely used that I could offer to you.

I do not have it to hand at present, but when I return home this evening (after 8pm) I can check on the condition for you.

If you are interested, please let me know & I'll come back later to respond.

Thanks.

BFN,

fp.

PS. Are you just wishing to pay by Bank deposit, or is PayPal an option for you?

I can do bank transfer or paypal gift though I prefer BT since I dont get charged the fees.

I would have swallowed the fees anyway.

I have the PSP in my hand now....

There are a couple of scratches on the rear of the unit (on the "ring" of the UMD drive door); but nothing major.
The casing is intact & seems to have no marks on it.

I was going to type that the screen isn't in a good state... but I'd just remembered that it has a screen protector on it.

I've just peeled back the top right corner (carefully) & the screen beneath is unmarked.
I don't want to completely remove this or pull it back too many times as it will develop a crease in the protective film but I think the screen protector has been there since it was bought.

Are you interested in a unit with custom firmware on it?
...or, indeed, a PSP-1003 (UK) model at all?

It has a 2Gb Memory Stick in it... so I guess I can include it with the console :)

(I'll remove the contents first, though, of course)

Great what do you want for it?

Do you need the official AC/DC charging cable? I have one to hand but I will need that for my other two PSP units. I must have another (just one though; as one of the other PSPs is a Japanese model shipped new direct from Japan) but I will have to look for it this weekend.

If you don't need one, then I can suggest a price accordingly.

Would be good but as long as I can charge from usb it should be ok.

What difference would there be in price for the official charger?

Sorry for the delay... I've been looking at various web sites for used prices as I want to be fair to both of us.

I have been reading that you can buy a pre-owned PSP-1003 in GameStation for £59.99 with one (pre-owned) game title.

I'll assume that this console is at least a third over-priced (i.e. should be £40) but it will come with a box & a charging cable.

If I substitute the memory card for the game, and say knock off a fiver for the charger is that fair (£35 delivered by Recorded Delivery & including PayPal fees)?

If I find the charger then we can just call it £40... :)... I've just realised I've hit the top end of your budget.

Anyway, please come back to discuss further.

Thanks.

£35 without charger is fine as it saves space.

If I send PPG how quick will you send out and what method? I really want to play my old game boy games on it like Pokemon, isnt the same on a massive screen lol.

If you pay this evening, I can box it up & send out tomorrow afternoon (via the Post Office counter at my local Asda supermarket).

£35 Payment received, thank you.

"Seller Protection: Not Eligible

Transactions without a postal address aren't eligible for seller protection. We recommend that you contact <name removed> to make sure this payment was authorised.

We have no delivery address on file."

Is there a reason why you do not have a (confirmed) delivery address on file with PayPal?

As you know from our brief exchanges via "PM" I am not happy with this payment by PayPal.

The reasons for this are:

1) You have paid using the "as Gift" option meaning that should a dispute arise (for example, the Royal Mail fail to deliver the package I send to you), then PayPal will not represent either of our interests. The "as Gift" facility was introduced to send funds to/from family members & close friends only; not the exchange of goods/services between other parties.

I realise you did this by accident... but I did say I would meet the PayPal fees.

2) You have no address (confirmed, or unconfirmed) registered with PayPal.

This is because you have just moved house, I believe.

3) The name in your PayPal account is not your own. You had to fabricate this to set-up an account as you had issues with a previous PayPal account.

You have offered to send me your telephone details (mobile & land line) to reassure me.

4) We have traded before & that was less than satisfactory.. During that time you were also moving house.

It is not for me to pry into your domestic arrangements, but in conjunction with the other points above this is worrying.

I am respectfully going to suggest that I return your PayPal payment & I will apologise for wasting your time. I am not confident that this transaction will complete to our mutual satisfaction.

I have reported the thread to the HotUKDeals Moderators so they are aware of my intentions.

Thank you for your comments as appropriate.

I considered this during my response (above), but I would not be able to check a credit to my account until Monday morning when my bank opens.

I am aware that you are looking for a prompt despatch & this will obviously introduce an unwanted delay.

(If I'm honest, the fact you want the goods so quickly is making me wary too).

Hi,

Sorry to bother you, but I am not confident with continuing with the transaction in this thread & I wish to return the buyer's (PayPal) payment & agree to part company on the sale of my item.

Please could you visit the thread & advise if I am able to do this without recrimination?

Thank you.

I would like to add that I am not trying to be difficult; I am trying to protect my interests.

I hope you appreciate my concerns & reservations without prejudice.

fanpages, due to the problems beyond your control with the previously agreed paypal method of payment you can withdraw from this agreed sale without breaching forum rules, or you can alternatively arrange payment via bank transfer as now offered by the seller, Thanks again.

I wanted it fast just because I wanted to play some old emulators as I said lol not for any other reason, I could of resent payment by paypal normal method and made sure it had an address or done bank transfer as there wouldnt be any problems that way but it was your choice anyway.

Thanks for your prompt attention & clarification of the expected outcome, sigma.

I appreciate your attempt to reconcile my issues, but given my past involvement with PayPal's dispute process (due to the non-receipt of goods, again due to circumstances outside of my control), I would prefer to part on good terms but part with the transaction not completing as you intended.

I have already refunded your PayPal payment. Please can you confirm you have received this?

Thank you.

I am now aware I have made a mess of your "WANTED" thread, so I would like to apologise for that too & the additional effort with closing this thread & starting again.

Sigma: Please could I seek your assistance once more if ryouga wishes to close this thread?

Again, I am sorry for the outcome; I wish you well with your search for a different PSP console.

Yours sincerely,

fp.

(And you don't see me signing-off without "BFN, fp." too often).
