I am after a game-cube and n64 with controllers each x 2

Is the game cube games compatible with the wii?

Its for my 3yr old to have a shot on

So am after

Game cube controllers x 2 - power - connection leads ect - Working order
N64 - controllers x 2 - power - connection leads ect - working order

ALSO SUPER NINTENDO
- jazferbetay

SPECTRUM SINCLAIR WITH PETER PACK RAT

EDIT:

SAT 0120 AM

AFTER HAVING A LOOK AT GAME CUBE SIZED DISKS I THINK CARTRIDGE BASED CONSOLE WOULD BE BEST AS THEY WONT GET DAMAGED.

SHE HAS THE V-SMILE AND PLAYS ON THAT AND WE HAVE A SECOND 360 BUT SHE HAS SCRATCHED BANJO KAZOOIE WHICH SHE LOVES AND LEGO BATMAN. SO WOULD BE LOOKING FOR A CARTRIDGE BASED CONSOLE THAT HAS BANJO KAZOOIE AT LEAST FOR STARTERS

I'm not posting to offer any of the items wanted so I apologise if this deemed to be thread spoiling.

However to answer your question if you do own a Nintendo Wii you can play Gamecube games on it. I think what you will need are a pair of gamecube controllers (which can be plugged when lifting the flap on the top of the console) and a memory card as a means to save progress (inserted after lifting the smaller flap on the top of the console).

Hope this information alleviated the initial budget you planned for this wanted listing.

can everyone post pictures or at least list what you have or can include

if its retro you want mate
why not download the relevent emulators and games for free and run them on your pc
mame (multiple arcade machine emulator)
snes (with the 2 classic games mario kart and super mario world ) and N64
sega megadrive
C64/amiga etc...
and spekky too
and they are only a few
im running most of the above on a net book and was only playing space harrier and outrun earlier on mame
but if want an actual console i thought the sega dreamcast was one of the better ones
you can also use a bootdisc and buy images of the games on 13 dvds i think they are if i remember correctly and burn then to cd
so doesnt matter if the little one feeds the disc to the dog you just burn another
you should pick up a dream cast for about £20 with controller

If you want retro, get a modded xbox original (circa £30 delivered IIRC). You can put pretty much every emulator mentioned in this thread on it, and it will play from hard drive, so there are no cartridges to smash or discs to scratch.

my 2p

I can post a pic this afternoon. The first banjo Kazzoie was on the 64 and was probably my favourite game from when I hadd my n64.

LOL at the comments regarding emulators.

It just isn't the same, and maybe they ACTUALLY want a bit of gaming history and not some second class software.

Got me a near mint Boxed NES with 3 games (one boxed) and 2 controllers, Mario Kart 64 and a packet of peanuts for £20 delivered, yup, total and utter bargain, but they are out there every once in a while!
