I have a 400Gb, Would like £35 Delivered for it

this one is £39.88 delivered for 500gb so any better prices?
Its a Hitachi, mines a western digital! could make it a little cheaper say 32.50 but inclusive of postage i think thats generous!
ill offer £30 all in
Since It costs £5 to send it it wouldnt really be worth it for me, It has about 4 years left on its warranty, so its a good buy at £32.50!
If you were able to stretch then I could do the 1tb for £80. It has a full 5 year warranty, brand new and sealed. Also has an estimated 300,000 hours longer life span than standard drives due to it being a special type.
I have one that might be faulty (Might just be my motherboard) WD800JD SATA

Yours for £5 delivered.

I've read and it may just be my motherboard because I have a VIA chipset which supposdly causes problems.
35quid delivered 250gb sata mate let us know
Further reading and it turns out that VT8237 (VIA SOUTHBRIDGE) doesn't seem to like this drive....
I work at Computer Logic in Casper Wyoming and we are also having the same problem. We have two boards in question; an Asus A8V Deluxe and an Asus K8V-X. Both problems are related to WD800JD drives and VT8237. The first system we saw this problem with was using the A8V and we tried everything. Different drives, different cables, different motherboards, different BIOS revisions on the board; all to no avail. We ended up using the promise controller on that board instead in order to get the system out the door, but with the K8V-X we didn't have that option.

After reading this thread I see that this problem isn't limited to just us and it appears to have been going for a couple months now. In order to help, I come bearing model and serial numbers.

We don't like the prospect of replacing the drives we're selling with recertified drives as our names go out with these too, so we're hoping for some sort of fix from VIA or WD or both. I guess we shall see. In the mean time we're working with our distributor to find a suitable alternative for the time being.

Damn.... it may definitely be my mobo.
