Two drives here:

First is a 80GB Seagate SATA I hard drive with 2mb cache for £31.57 with super saver delivery. Warranty status is not stated for this drive but I presume it is 5 years like any other Seagate OEM hard drive.

Second is a 80GB Seagate SATA II hard drive (Sata II drives are backwards compatible so this will work on your pc) with 8mb cache for £34.39 with super saver delivery. It also comes with a 5 year warranty should anything go wrong.

If you will be storing important information go for the two above.

You are probably looking for a IDE hard drive..NOT SATA...can you confirm?

if so I can sell you a 80 gb WD hard drive with 8mb cache at a very reasonable price...but confirm that it is IDE that you require???

I think i can use both, im prefering SATA but ide would do. I'd just need too find leads.

i have a maxtor and WD 250gb sata hard drive for sale, great condition

pm me if interested, will do cheap P&P.

This capacity is very future proof

to be honest SATA is MUCH MUCH faster than IDE and much easier to install and maintain, no jumpers on sata 1
