As title in reasonable condition. We are going on Holiday soon and this would be more suitable than her current one with the small wheels.

Please let me know what you have and where you are for collection and a price.

You Can Get One From Ebay For £85 Bud

Actually you can pick up one for 74 quid including delivery (and it should come VAT free) on ebay. But if you are going on holiday you should know in advance that these particular models weight a massive 20 kg!

I know. Was just looking to see if anyone had one that was localish to me. I wouldn't even mind having a lend of one for four weeks.

If it's only short term - get in touch with your local British Red Cross centre. Certain centres loan out community equipment, including wheelchairs. All they ask is that a small donation is made for the short term loan.

If you're going abroad with it, then they will ask you to sign a disclaimer saying that if it's lost or damaged in transportation or abroad, then you are responsible for the repairs or replacement, so just make sure that your travel insurance company will cover that....

Just a tip - rather than buying one...

Will look into that...thanks

I don't mind buying one that is around the £50 mark but wouldn't want to go any higher than that.

Edit** Wife just said red cross wants £45 to rent one. I would rather pay a bit more and be able to keep it.

worth asking some of the local dealers where to try, or see if you could swing a deal or trade in. might be worth a web search of rentals places where you are going. might be worth looking into hiring a powered one though if you dont know the terrain either where you are going. local free ads may be good option. no harm in asking.

Tried all them. Think we will just rent one when we get there. Probably be the cheapest option
