If you don't have any luck on here I would recommend a Flip Camera for videos, they retail at around £80 in currvys etc. I use them in school with my kids (teaching), they have 1hrs memory and a very simple system for recording, and playing back. They have a flip out USB stick to connect to your computer and transfer the files. The software is fully loaded on the camera to work with any computer you connect it with. There is software which allows you to review your video, edit it and make into 'movie maker'.

Its very simplistic, nothing special, but on a budget its a good little recorder.

hi after looking around have decided i would like a dvd camcorder, does anyone have one they wish to sell

I still prefer the miniDV camcorders and its very easy to link to your PC for excellent picture quality using Firewire and the tapes are very cheap and can keep for years . I think the DVD disk ones never really took off and the better SD card models are a bit pricy at the minute .

i have a JVC mini-DV camcorder, still have the box, 2x batteries and thus as new as well, but no ideas how much these are worth, mine is less then a year old and was a present, which i used for 2/3 times, has 3tapes with it i think and can even include a tripod with carry case.
If anyone could help me find how much these go for, then i will price accordingly.
