I'm looking for a decent priced tub of Whey Protein as I'm running out and also need some good quality gym gloves as my hands are starting to blister over. Thanks

I have misked views on wearing gloves.

In my opinion, don't wear them, I wore them for over a year, then one week I lost them, so used nothing, and yes it's harder, but it took my hands and forarms a week to adjust and my grip became better than before.

So, if it was me, don't wear them.

It's normal to develop hardened blisters at the bottom of your fingers when weight lifting because of the metal grips some weights have!

Hardened blisters are totally different than blisters - I have solid harderned blitsers on my palms from lifting for about two years, and let me tell you once you have the strength in your hands to not use gloves, you'll see the advantages straight away.
