I have a drive that has died but the PCB/Mainboard is working fine, so I just require the drive to have a working tray mechanism & Laser must also be good.
Shipping/Payment:
I can pay via BT, Paypal or NOXCHEX

I have a flashed samsung drive in my old 360 - was sold it as RROD fixed with own clamp method guaranteed not to RROD ....... it did , 3 times :-) - i've since got a new one so can get rid of this one.

Not sure what version it is but can open the 360 in the morning and have a look, was gonna flog it on ebay.

Would be looking for £15 plus P&P though.

Will post up asap if its a 25 or 28 drive.

Just looked and mines an MS25.

If no one else has a 28 and your interested let me know.

OK need to check if they are the same inside and will let you know, is the drive working fine anyway? Might just inject my key onto your drive!
How much will P&P be (so total cost)?

Don't think there's much difference in the drives and think £2.50 should cover P&P.
Its been flashed before and worked flawlessly so would guess as long as you get your info off your current drive it would be fine.

Cool I will give you £17.50 via Paypal for the drive and accompanying bits (tray bezel etc).
many thanks

I still require a Samsung 28 drive from anyone else if they have one (as might as well make use of my working 28 board) :)

The only difference between the Samsung M25 and M28 drives is firmware. They're physically identical. So if your PCB is working fine but your drive is physically broken you just need any Samsung drive to replace it. So the one from Beanz will be fine. Just thought I'd let you know :)

Cool, yeah thought so but until I got one in my hands I wasn't sure, like I said another spare drive will also come in useful too ;-)

I think you can buy the lasers on ebay, worth a check!

I need the full drive innards not just a laser mate (although do have a working controller board).

I forgot to say I got the Samsung drive Beanz sold me (above posts), so thanks for that Beanz :) (how do I leave Feedback for him?)

I'm still after another if anyone has one?
