Not interested personally, but you might have to give more info if you want to shift this.
Is it a boxed retail copy or an OEM copy which just came bundled with a computer.

If it is a full retail copy you've got more chance of shifting it - but you might want to put that in the title.

If it is OEM it might only work properly on the same sort of hardware you've bought. A Dell one might look for a Dell BIOS for example.

Although it might be "genuine" that doesn't necessarily mean it is legal for somebody else to use if it was bundled with a PC.

In fact if it is OEM, and has already been installed on another PC, it cannot legally be sold as it "belongs" to that PC.

"For distribution only with a PC". It will still work though. OEM version.

How would you activate this once installed if it's a OEM?... As posted before, this is probably linked to the PC

So you can only sell it if it comes with the pc.:whistling: Its not rocket science and you cant sell it if you dont sell it with a pc. Unless you really are Bill Gates then i am sorry you can sell it as it your copyright to sell.....lol

It can be used on another PC. OEM products can be sold seperately.

It IS NOT linked to the PC, it has it's own number.

OEM versions of Windows can ONLY be sold if it has NEVER been installed on any PC.

Once it has been opened and installed on a PC (even once) it is tied to that PC.

That is because that while the SUPPORT for the Retail product comes from Microsoft, the support for the OEM version comes from the person who built the PC. That is why OEM is cheaper.

It isn't tied to a machine.
