is it still sealed ? As if it is not sealed = it has been used = you can't install on another machine if this has already been installed with the same serial keys = please make it clear for buyers.

If it is still sealed, are you looking for any trade ?

Thanks

I have made clear that this is the FULL RETAIL version.

It will install on multiple machines - not like the cheap OEM versions.

It was used but I upgraded to VISTA ULTIMATE.

So its not sealed but fully boxed with receipt.

No, even a retail version or OEM will only allow 1 serial key (printed on the box) per machine, so once you activated the Vista on your machine, it will link with your machine hardware ID, so it will allowed to install on the new machine, as you said, but only valid for 60 days and a new user won't be able to activate the Vista

To Mod: please don't think this is thread spoiling as the OP has to state clearly, as Microsoft will allow to install on multiple machines but will be activated on ONE machine only

Can a independant souce confirm that the FULLY BOXED RETAIL version of vista is the same as OEM???

Im sure you'll find the licenceing is a lot different hence the price diffrence between OEM and FULL retail.

This was 200 odd quid when 1st bought...
