I know you specified over a TB but i thought I would offer a 500GB WD MyBook world. Only lightly used.

Would let it go for £60 delivered

Yes it can. You can either connect a USB printer or another USB disk.

Hi morrk, thanks for your reply but it's too small me thinks. Not a bad price though

No interest in mine after your research bazz? I haven't even plugged it in to my network yet and am only interested in letting it go as a partial trade towards the monitor :)

EDIT: Hah! Both writng at same time --- see above!

Well, you know my value for the monitor so if you just want to pay the difference, we are all good!

Excellent, well does that mean that because you value the monitor at the same you paid for it (considering your quidco ;-)), that I can do the same? Mine was bought December and has only been turned on once. I've been too busy to set it up!

You are lucky I'm an honest man. I bought from Amazon on 7th December when they briefly had it listed at a cheaper price. Just checked and it was £116.15 - will send you a copy of the receipt too :-D

So, we on for a swap on those terms my Celtic friend?

ok, looks like a deal. Let's get on with the other things we have going and confirm/complete by tomorrow, yes?

Saw your listing over there and you are getting more interest than me on the XPS. I think the 4GB RAM must be a draw, so might do the same. Dell just phoned about the warranty and I've put him off until tomorrow. Not holding out much hope that someone will purchase it before then and ask for the warranty though, even though I've got a super deal at £115 inc. VAT for three years....

did you find anything in the end? im looking to purachse 1tb nas soon?

I bought a 500Gb freecom Network drive from ASDA for £90. It seemed to do everything I wanted it for, and I can plug another 1Tb in via USB if need be.
