Size unimportant as I only need it to test a fresh install of an OS and check that a problem is software rather than hardware related. As for price, cheap as possible of course!

EDIT: But I will consider larger drives too, as I can always use as backup storage after testing.

Sorry Mark - I know I said last night but I'm still undecided whether I'd be better off getting something bigger so that I can use as storage after testing. Probably best starting the thread and I'll take my chances on losing it. Cheers
