i've got a 450w...only used for less than a month then got a modular one. Would be looking for £20 del for it.... It's this excact one from maplin. Bought for £39.99. It's the 450w version that can actually go upto 500w

What is your current PSU? The 6600gt doesnt require much.

Open the case up, look at the side of the psu and take a photo of the large sticker and post here.

Another card to look at would be the 6800gs which lies in performance between the 6600gt and 6800gt. Not as power hungry as the 6800gt either.

i notice it states PCI-Express connector on that PSU do i need an AGP connector or does AGP not require one?:?

If an AGP card requires a connector it uses a Molex or a Floppy Drive power connector which should be in your machine already :)
#10
depends on your card. Like robo said if your card requires a connector it will take a molex connector. Everything you need will be on this PSU

Postal details received via pm, & payment via PayPal too - thanks for both :)

I'm trying to send you a pm now, but the system all of a sudden says,

1. nutta has chosen not to receive private messages or may not be allowed to receive private messages. Therefore you may not send your message to him/her.

Have you changed some settings or something? In your account, please check in 'Edit Options' & under 'Private Messaging'. Also check that you haven't met the forum's 100 message limit.

Edit: Right, I think I get it - can see 'Suspended' in your profile now. Please pm me immediately when you're unsuspended.

Have emailed your PayPal email address, & all seems good for tomorrow morning despatch from my side
