my daughter has a copy ... how would i know what one is worth silly money .. i didnt think it was worth anything really

i dont know i posted this on AVForums and people were offering me them at £40-50! They were the anniversary editions double disced etc i believe.

on ebay any original beauty and the beast will sell for good money as disney have vaulted this film and its not released again until around 2010

from what i know they are all worth a fortune as its deleted by disney

I think they all fetch a fair bit because you cant buy them now. I want Snow White but they go for £40-£50 too.

I got it on video, but I assume thats no good!

nah i havent owned a vhs player in about 5 years! maybe more actually! and i have it on vhs already...in the attic along with about 200 other vhs! one day a muesum might want them!

problem is wont play on r2 dvd player, its actually for a present for the other halves mum.

Just had a look on ebay and its this one that goes for ridiculous money, and i thought i'm sure that's the one we got, and sure enough it is! and i also found out that we got the rare snow white one too :w00t: think i'll hang on to them though for my daughters, but i didn't realise they fetched so much money!

Yep........i reckon my Kids Disney collection here is worth more than the Plasma and DVD player they watch them on. :lol: It's mad.

If Disney are releasing a new set in 2010 it may be worth selling them mid to late 2009 to realise the value of the dvd's at this time. When they are readily available again the price people are willing to pay will drop.
