Battery life is very good
Looking for £210 negotiable for this, originally on Vista but has been upgraded to Windows 7. 4GB Ram, Intel Core 2 Duo, 250GB hard drive, screen size 15.4", has got dedicated graphics memory..states this on the description . No warranty as it finished April 2011 but has always been working fine

Ticks all of your boxes (surpasses actually for RAM, and this process is BETTER than a first gen i5 (see benchmarks) and much better than a Core2Duo.
Battery life is brilliant, around 5 hours or so on normal use. Of course whack a powerful game on and it'll be much less. Turn off wifi, and it'll be more, etc!
I don't think it has dedicated graphics but I ran Batman Arkham City and Max Payne 3 on it and they ran fine on low settings.

EDIT: Also I really don't see the problem, I would accept £450 by paypal inc fee's which means I clear with £435ish(Before postage), I wouldn't go this low normally but I really need the funds at the moment.
I really don't feel comfortable with Paypal gift and I don't think you wouldn't either so I would be willing to accept paypal with fee's.
