you do know that the acer aspire one has a 16gb SSD drive version too, and it can be upgraded with an SD card by another 32gb. Much faster and reliable than a HDD imo.

Thanks, may be an option don't need loads of space but the typical 8/16GB SSD would be too small for me

got an as good as brand new samsung nc20 (latest and best)used for about an hour
12.1" screen
160gb hdd
1gb ram
5+ hours battery boxed mint with quality case cost me £420 march 3rd would let it go for £350+ postage
xp pro etc etc

I thought that as well, but when u put an SD into it, it combines with the SSD (like RAID) to show 48gb total storage space. Then there is another 5in1 reader slot that, theoretically, you could put another 32gb card into that would show up as removable drive :)
So you would have
C:\48gb
D:\32gb

Stick a 32gb flash drive into one of the usb ports and you have 112gb lol

Just a suggestion as SSD is the future
