Baring in mind can get one for £80 on Amazon or Gametsation so no silly offers please.

Not interested in any bundles etc as I'll only end up getting the wrong games etc

Must be:
In good condition
Have stylus
Have charger

Box, instructions etc I have no need for them so no worries on that front.

Not interested in Original DS

PLEASE DO NOT POST ANYTHING OTHER THAN OFFERS WITHIN THE CRITERION REQUESTED. IF YOU'RE CURIOUS ABOUT ANYTHING STATED ABOVE THEN TAKE YOUR INGENUITY TO GOOGLE. IF YOU CAN'T FIND IT, TOUGH!

From experience the Gamestation 'used' stuff is exactly that, and if I'm not mistaken I don't think price comparisons and the like are allowed from Amazon Marketplace, I could be wrong on that though!

Anyway mine is in absolute minty condition and is also something a bit different. I am open to some negotiation on price too!

They'll be no more used than any other piece of used equipment and I'm not price comparing, I simply pointed out where you could get one at said price, as requested.

Unless you're flexible to the point of £60/65 my previous comment on my need for one stands, thanks all the same

Easy tiger....

Just pointing out that you won't get a great looking DS from Gamestation and I'm not sure you're allowed to quote Marketplace prices....

I've seen damaged DS's go on here for around that price (no I can't prove that before I'm asked - just do a search!) so happy hunting my friend!

I have a DS I may be prepared to sell, but like hell would I deal with someone who's got such an attitude problem. Try being polite if you want to make deals.

Back to the real question, what are consoles/games preowned from gamestation.co.uk like?

varies really...from my experience, they've tried to fob me off with a ds lite that was really scratched and had dead pixels. Just make sure that you test before leaving the shop if possible, that goes for games too!

Has anyone tried the on-line store for qualify (it might help the op)

look guys, apologise if I seemed a bit grumpy but, I'm sure you'll all agree, it's impossible to post anything on this site without somebody yapping in. Hence the capitals in my OP

i.e. post number 2- if they had bothered to look properly they could have saved their snide comment and this whole affair. Unfortunately in my line of work incompetence or lack of effort simply is not tolerated and I carry that through. If people are prepared to try and say I'm being efficient with the truth then be prepared for some come back when they're ultimately wrong. I note that the person has not come back and apologised for their comment nor thanked me for sharing information with them, which they requested, which otherwise they would have remained ignorant to.

I was merely trying to point out that £80 was not some random figure plucked out of the air, but in fact, a legitimate price. I never said £80 was new, nor did I say I was after an as new so forgive me if I get a little grouchy with thread spoilers who clearly have nothing better to do than try and dig at people.

So lets start again shall we, I'm after a DS Lite as per OP, they are available for said price so if we can keep on track I shall keep any further thoughts to myself, providing others deliver the same courtesy.

SNIDE comments, what are you talking about, wanting to know where you got your price from is not a snide comment, it's just wanting to know.....

I then went on to comment about where your prices were obtained from and actually thought I was doing you a favour with the Gamestation advice, perhaps if you said you didn't mind a DS that looked like sh!t and that £80 wasn't a new price in your opening post you wouldn't have people (not only me I might add!) thinking you're a complete tit!

As I said before happy hunting!

This is exactly what I'm talking about. how about actually READING my post, in particular the start of the second paragraph.

i.e. post number 2

Just to really clarify

... not exactly, if you look over to the right of each post it tells you the number of that post, i.e. mine was post 2, the one after 3 and so on.... Anyway, same goes with this post it's only doing what I did.... Never mind though, I shouldn't get upset I remember when I was new in these parts... don't remember having the same sh!tty attitude though!
