Hi, probably a long shot but I'm looking for a copy of rocksmith 2014 preferably for XB1 but would also take a PS4 version. Must include the Realtone Cable.

I'm not looking to pay too much as it's the first time I've picked up a guitar for over 20 years and I don't know how I'm going to take to it!
I can get it brand new from Amazon for £52.99 so I'm not looking to pay anywhere near that for a used one.
Shipping/Payment:
Can pay by PPG, 2nd class post is fine.

Hi 360 addict, I was hoping to buy this game too but put off when I read that on this Gen consoles (XB1, PS4) there was too much audio lag, so the only way of using it with new gen consoles would be to use additional audio out cables and a separate amplifier at extra cost. I read that even then there is still noticeable audio lag, but the game is playable in that state as it is significantly less. Please keep that in mind before your purchase, I'm genuinely just hoping to help as this put this off my decision to get one. Maybe pc. Don't let me put you off, but please do the research so you're not disappointed.

I second this comment. Definitely do some research so it isn't a shock.

I am still looking to purchase one myself... Maybe next month.

Say... Don't suppose the PS3 real tone cable will work with ps4?

To be honest I've read a few reviews from people now mentioning the audio lag, it's slightly worrying to say the least and i can't say i fancy the idea of having to shell out more money on top for extra speakers etc. I've managed to order a reasonably priced 360 version just to see how i get on with the game, just got to convince either the wife or my daughter to lend me their 360 to try it on now!

I'm still going to hold out for an XB1 or PS4 version though and see if i can pick one up for a decent price.

@Rikachu, I've been wondering the same with regards to the 360 cable and whether it'll work on the Xbox one, I think the only problem then though would be finding just the game only for the XB1/PS4.

Anyway thanks for the help/advice folks, much appreciated :)

Just an FYI for y'all who have read reviews about audio lag on the next gen consoles.. There is none, as long as you are using a high quality HDMI cable and are running the console in either 720p or 1080p (I should hope everyone is 1080p by now but hey :P) don't use 1080i, that's normally where sound lag is a problem, I guess its because it's trying to emulate 1080p on a 720p TV from what I have been told.

But anyways, as above, use 720p or preferably 1080p and you should be dandy, mine works fine.

Good to know, thanks :)

Rikachu, Got one off the bay for 40. More than I really wanted to pay but still cheaper than amazon.
