  I am afraid with have a problem with the Sky box, you have sent me a refurb, I instantly knew it was a refurb as refurbs come in the white carton! the barcodes on the end of the carton. If there are 4 or 5 barcode stickers, it's a new machine, if there are 2 or less, it's a refurb, and on the underside I have a a+ sticker which means a refurb box.

  they use to on the drivers van, but recently they have moved to white boxes and new boxes have 4 stickers and refurbs have 2 stickers
