Angus and Nth Ayrshire I can understand, but the 3rd point of the bermuda triangle being WEST MIDLANDS! How 'small' is this community group! lol :w00t:

On a more relevant note, and I dont know the nature of the community but have you considered looking into dontation from the council and larger supporting groups to fund these small items also as part of care in the community type things? I'm sure I've heard about these....its not much I know but a few quid from the council or larger groups or companies would come in handy for you also? Just a thought :)
